Hi, I’m China, but most people call me Chi. 💕 I’m a girl mom of two and a licensed esthetician with 6 years of experience in the beauty industry. I got into esthetics because I’ve always loved making women feel good about themselves. There’s something so fulfilling about watching someone leave my chair feeling more confident, comfortable, and beautiful than when they walked in. For me, it’s bigger than lashes and waxes. I want every woman who comes to CHITOWN to feel welcomed, cared for, and completely comfortable being herself. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Chitown, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens and plans can change; however, adequate notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. By booking an appointment with Chitown, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize the applicable cancellation fee in accordance with the payment authorization provided through the booking platform. No-shows may be subject to additional restrictions or fees before booking future appointments. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me the opportunity to accommodate other clients. 💕
